You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And Artist'll make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your painting, We will express it to you by FedEx/DHL/UPS!
Guarantee/Return Policy
If your artwork is lost or stolen during the process of delivery, please feel free to write to us. We will have the painting redone for you at no additional charge.
Artwork Arrived Damaged
If your artwork is damaged on receipt, we would be happy to repaint the artwork for you on receiving the photo of the damaged artwork. Please make sure you also keep the photo of the box in which the artwork arrived. Repainting the artwork will be absolutely free of cost.
Frame Damaged on Arrival
On receiving a damaged frame, the frame charges will be reimbursed to your source account. You can also take are a refund as store credit to use in your next order as a discount.
Delay with Express Service
If the artwork does not reach you in 12-14 days despite choosing Express Service, your Express Service charges will be refunded to the sourced account. You can also take a refund as store credit to use in your next order as a discount.
Did Not Like the Artwork Preview?
If you do not like the painting preview, you can request our free unlimited revisions policy. If you do not like the revised painting, we will issue a full refund for the painting.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the received painting, you can escalate a return within 7 days of receipt. The painting should be in its original packaging and will go through a quality check before the refund is initiated. You can also get the amount as store credit and use it for your next order with us.

Additional Policies
- PaintingShack holds the sole discretion for stating whether a return request is valid or invalid.
- In case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty painting within 7 days of receiving it.
- In all the returns and replacements, PaintingShack will run a quality check. The refund or replacement is will initiated only after a successful inspection.
- If a customer raises more than 2 return or refund requests in 365 days, his 3rd return/refund will not be initiated on the grounds of fake requests.
- Gift Cards do not qualify for returns.
- The refund amount in the customer’s account will reflect within 5-7 Working Days.

Step 3:The Painting Begins!
Painting begins after you approve the digital design. Our artists carefully handpaint your portrait to perfection. This process takes 8-15 days as per your selected service (Free Delivery or Express Service).
Step 4:Your Painting is Ready
As soon as the handmade painting is ready, your happiness manager will send you a preview of the final painting. In this step, you can either approve the painting or request revisions.
Step 5:Frame for Better Finishing
Our artists advise framing your painting for an enhanced look and better longevity. You can purchase a finishing at any time before approving the final painting.
Step 6:Final confirmation and Shipping
Once you confirm the final modifications, we will arrange for immediate shipment. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-10 days, depending on your chosen shipping method (standard or express delivery).
